What are your modes of delivery? Our main courier options are gogoexpress, shopee checkout and same day delivery.

What are your modes of payment? We accept BPI, Unionbank, Gcash, & Paymaya.

What services do you offer? We open GOs for Korean Merch, mainly for BTS, TXT, Enhypen, WayV & SNSD. We also accept GO/Merch requests and we offer membership assistance & kr address lending services.

Where are you located? We have three packing hubs located in the following areas: (a) North Caloocan City, (b) Marilao, Bulacan & (c) Makati. Our Bulacan and Makati packing hubs are only sub-packing hubs that we utilize when we have large batches or if our North Caloocan hub can't accommodate shipping.

I want to change my details. Where can I update it? Prior to shipping, we send out a shipping form where you can update your details. This is mandatory regardless if you may or may not have changes in your delivery details.

When do you confirm payments and manual orders? We only send confirmations during weekends so please be patient and avoid sending numerous follow ups regarding this. If you still haven’t received an email until sunday, 11:59pm, that’s the time that you may shoot us a dm.

How much is my local shipping fee? Your shipping fee will depend on your item, mode of shipping and location. For those who prefer ggx, kindly check the ggx website for a detailed list of the cost. For shopee checkout, lowest shipping fee is at 38php.

When are you usually active? We are usually active during out of office hours. This is because all Titas are all full-time employees.
